Thursday suppose to back on 4.45pm..
Unfortunately, too many workload.. I left office at 7pm..
Plan for today's workout GONE..
Perhaps I should improve on my time management....
Somehow, busy is also good..
The clock ticks tocks so fast ..
Until U can feel like, OMG, not enough time!!!
Really no time for anything else, just stay focus...

SUNDAY (6/1/2013), joined group of gang ......
Li Khang, Eric, Eddy, Kenneth..... 5 of us...
Went for workout.... Ibai new opening....
RM5 per entry..
Main focus - ARM, CHEST, BICEPS, TRICEPS
Learn new technique, challenge each other, motivate each other...
So much fun!
The next day all wake up with PAIN..
NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

Tuesday (8/1/2013), another workout session..
This time at Ri-yaz Heritage Resort & Spa, Pulau Duyong....
RM15 per entry .. Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna ... Reasonable price....
Main focus - Ab & Foot....
Eddy & Li Khang...

Required time, patience, hardwork....
